Restoration
Areola restoration and scar camouflage.
For women who have finished breast reconstruction, and for anyone living with a scar or a burn they would rather not have to explain. This is pigment work, done unhurried, in a private room, by one artist.
What the work is
I rebuild the areola in pigment — the color, the border, and the shading that reads as dimension under ordinary light rather than as a flat circle. Where one side remains, I match it: hue, depth, and diameter. Where neither does, we work from photographs or from your memory of it, and I set the placement and symmetry before any pigment goes in.
Scarred and grafted skin does not take pigment the way ordinary skin does. It holds unevenly, it can push color back out as it heals, and the texture under the surface changes how light sits on the finished result. That is why this is more than one session, and why I plan for the second one from the beginning rather than treating it as a correction.

Scar and burn camouflage
Pigment can be blended into a scar to bring it closer to the skin around it — surgical lines, burns, and areas where color was lost and never came back.
How much of the difference closes depends on the scar: its age, its texture, and whether the pigment cells around it are still working. Some close most of the way. Some close part of it. I will tell you which one I think yours is at the consultation, before you decide anything, because that is the part you actually need to know.
Before we begin
You'll want clearance from your surgeon, and enough time behind you that the tissue has settled — usually several months after your last procedure. Bring the clearance to your consultation if you have it, and if you don't, we'll work out the timing together and you can get it before we book.
The room is private, the door is closed, and I am the only person in it. Nothing is photographed without your written permission. Nothing identifiable is ever published, and you are not asked to explain anything you don't want to.
Sessions are longer than a brow appointment and paced to how you're doing rather than to a clock. If you want to stop and come back, we stop and come back.

Start with a consultation
We'll talk before anything is scheduled. You can ask whatever you need to ask, look at what the work involves, and leave without booking. The consultation is complimentary.
